HDPE Poly Lumber
HDPE poly lumber is board stock made from high-density polyethylene, often recycled, used for Adirondack chairs and patio sets. It does not rot, peel, or need repainting, and color runs through the board rather than sitting on top. It is heavier than aluminum and hotter in direct sun than wood, but it is the lowest-maintenance patio material you can buy.
